Update: 01/11/2022 Happy New Year, STL delivery and email responses

Hope everyone a great and better year.
We just got back from visiting the family and discovered one member we were is close contact got COVID. We tested negative twice and will have the 3rd test done on Thursday, if we test negative again we will be released and back to work. Shipping and other company daily tasks got delayed.
Email Responses
I understand some of you are a bit frustrated, I did answer all emails before the holidays, and we got back on the 3rd of January home, we had to visit our families that we did not see for over a year. not to mention many business closed till the 8th due to the holidays. Due to the holiday break we are behind emails again, I count about 65 to reply to, many are responses to emails we replied earlier and need to be fixed. Again, we got many messages on other channels like KS, FB, messenger that are duplicated to the emails, not counting repeated emails. This is just causing an additional delay as we need to check each email to see if it was previously responded and taken care of it.
This week I will sure answer all emails that are pending, and only emails, no other contact form will be replied to as mentioned before to avoid additional confusion.
Again apologies for the delay, but with the holidays we had to take a break.
STL delivery
All files were shared on MMF, and all backers got an email to the email they used in the pledge manager on Backerkit. Seems like someone is still having issues collecting their reward, and we will look into it this week. As over 90% of the backers were able to collect their rewards seems the issue is user based, or they did not check their correct email. Again we will look into it, and make sure to email us at [email protected]
New Email
Not being able to handle all the email alone we hired a person to handle just the citizen issue. We now have a dedicated email just for the Citizen issues, that is: [email protected]

Resin Models
Most of the teams have been printed, we are a bit behind schedule due to the fact that for the past 2 weeks we were not able to get to the shop to print them. We will be posting an updated and shipping will start very soon.
